These are the 12 symptoms of breast cancer. Breast cancer has overtaken lung cancer as the #1 cancer in the world. Early detection and preventative measures are vital and lifesaving against this disease.

The Know Your Lemons global charity educates about breast health in a refreshing way that saves lives from breast cancer.

It is my honor to be volunteering as an Ambassador with the wonderful Know Your Lemons Foundation. As a “Lemonista,” I educate about breast health, prevention, and awareness in public and group settings. We are all in this together, and it is through education and

community that we can create the village it takes to keep calm and carry on.

I am based in Barcelona, Spain (with annual visits to Raleigh, North Carolina) for in-person sessions and, as well, offer digital sessions via Zoom. All sessions are free of charge.
