HI THERE, I’M SPENCER MOORE.

I’m Spencer Moore, an American ex-pat living in Barcelona, Spain, and a fierce advocate for female health and empowerment. I have struggled with autoimmune and health issues for the majority of my life. After being diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer at 40, my journey became one of radical self-advocacy, survival, and healing. I’m now dedicated to helping women reclaim their voices, advocate for their health, and live empowered lives. I wholly believe that life takes a village, let’s do this together.
